Jamie Oldham
Jamie lives in Cumbria, close to the Solway Coast. He often takes a pochard box on his bike with him and paints small studies of the local landscape. Some of these he then works up into larger paintings back in the studio. He has created a body of work of British birds, which are more detailed, almost character paintings of these beautiful creatures.
Jamie loves working with different media such as acrylic, oil and cold wax and sometimes gold leaf.He shows his paintings in London and Cumbrian Galleries as well as being a member of the Lake Artists Society.
